Each Spletka bag is carefully handcrafted 🧵 and many pieces are made especially for you. Because of the time and love that goes into creating them, custom and made-to-order items can’t be returned once production has begun.

For ready-to-ship (non-custom) pieces, customers within the European Union have the right to return their order within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition ✨

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please let us know within 3 days of delivery and send your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging 📦 We’ll take care of it and make things right as quickly as we can.

Everyday Care & Storage

• If your bag has long ties or straps, you can adjust or trim them carefully to your preferred length ✂️
• To help protect the fabric, you can use a gentle universal waterproof spray 💦
• Store your bag flat or upright when possible, and avoid hanging it for long periods to prevent stretching
• Keep it away from direct sunlight to preserve the color ☀️
  

Hand Washing (Best Option)

• Wash gently in cool water (up to 30°C) with a mild detergent
• Lightly clean the surface and rinse well
• Do not soak for long periods, scrub harshly, twist, or use bleach 🚫

Machine Washing (If Necessary)

• Machine washing is not recommended, as it may affect the shape and texture of the bag
• If you choose to machine wash, use a delicate cycle, low temperature, mild detergent, no spin, and place the bag inside a laundry bag for protection

Drying

• Do not wring the bag
• Gently press out excess water with a towel, reshape it, and let it dry flat away from direct heat or sunlight 🌬️
