European Union – Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example, by email) at:

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (except for any additional costs if you chose a more expensive delivery method).

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.

You must send back the goods within 14 days of informing us of your withdrawal.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized

  • Sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed

  • Goods that become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and place a new order.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be made using the original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw, subject to receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at spletka.bags@gmail.com.
