1. Processing Times
Because our items are handmade, processing times vary depending on availability:
Ready-to-Ship Items: Dispatched within 1–3 business days
Made-to-Order Items: Please allow 1–3 weeks for production before dispatch
Processing time is separate from shipping time shown at checkout. By placing an order for a made-to-order item, you agree to this production timeframe.
2. Shipping Within Croatia
We offer the following flat-rate shipping options:

3. Shipping to the EU
We offer tracked shipping to EU countries with zone-based flat rates:
Zone 1 – €15
Estimated delivery: 1–4 business days after dispatch
Countries included: Slovenia, Hungary, Slovakia, Austria, Czech Republic
Zone 2 – €15
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch
Countries included: Poland, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg
All Other EU Countries – €20
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch
There are no customs duties or import taxes for shipments within the European Union.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
4. Shipping to the United Kingdom
We ship to the United Kingdom with a flat shipping rate of €20.
Estimated delivery time: 4–10 business days after dispatch
Orders shipped to the UK may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, or handling fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
6. Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processes (for non-EU shipments), or circumstances beyond our control. However, we will always help you track and resolve delivery issues where possible.
7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy, including the 14-day EU right of withdrawal where applicable. Please refer to that policy for full details.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at spletka.bags@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
